For today’s showcase install we have chosen an application for any Toyota Yaris. This application will work for most any sheet metal roof vehicles with no other roof rack option, but it will also work on most any sheet metal roofed vehicle, as a more secure and convenient option.

The best, and most flexible solution, in terms of accessory application, bar spread, and convenience in installation and removal, is a permanently installed set of Thule or Yakima Tracks that will allow the mounting of  a 430 Tracker II foot pack system. For this application the customer opted to go with the Yakima 54 inch tracks, which is designed Specifically for Sheet Metal Roofs. Which in turn allows the mounting of most every Thule or Yakima accessory, such as Roof Top Bike carriers, Ski carriers, Water-sport carriers, as well as cargo bags, baskets and Cargo Boxes, and it is removable in seconds.

For this application the customer wanted to mount the most secure and most convenient system possible on his Toyota Matrix, while not having to deal with the time comparably time consuming removal and installation fount with systems that mount to the factory mounting points. The best, and most flexible solution, in terms of accessory application, bar spread, and convenience in installation and removal, is a permanently installed set of Thule or Yakima Tracks.

This system will allow the mounting of either a System, or a Yakima Control Tower or a 430 Tracker II foot pack system. For this application the customer opted to go with the Yakima 54 inch tracks (Designed Specifically for Sheet Metal Roofs), with the Yakima Control Tower System, which allowed the mounting of a set of 58 inch Yakima Load Bars. Which in turn allows the mounting of most every Thule or Yakima accessory, such as Roof Top Bike carriers, Ski carriers, Water-sport carriers, as well as cargo bags, baskets and Cargo Boxes, and it is removable in seconds.

Rack Attack Scratch and Win Contest

Every qualifying Rack Attack Scratch & Win ticket will cost $1.00 and be guaranteed to win at least a $10 prize, with a maximum prize of $100.00. The Rack Attack Scratch and Win Contest will end April 30th, 2009 unless otherwise determined by Rack Attack.

How To Play

There will be a BUY TICKET button displayed above the shopping cart when you have selected enough qualifying products. For a list of qualifying products, please see the list below. If for some reason you decide you no longer wish to play, simply delete the $1.00 ticket which will in turn delete your winnings.

Contest Rules

• This contest is only available for online purchases of qualifying products.
• The purchase price of a Scratch and Win ticket is $1.00, and will be added to the contestant’s shopping cart, when selected.
• Qualifications for a Scratch and Win Ticket
  • That the total value of qualifying products present in the customers shopping cart at the time it was scratched total $100.00.
  • Each ticket is unique to the given contents of the contestant’s shopping cart at the time it was scratched. In the event the contents of the shopping cart change (quantity and or items) subsequent to the ticket being scratched, the original Scratch and Win ticket purchased for $1.00 will be voided and a new ticket will be issued to the contestants for no additional consideration.
• All contestants agree that each and every Scratch and Win prize awarded will immediately be redeemed against the total value of the qualifying products in their shopping cart at the time the ticket was scratched.
